Delivery Policy

Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You pay when the parcel reaches you.

1. Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team confirms it by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your phone on – orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

2. Dispatch and delivery time

  • Confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours (working days).
  • Outside Lahore: delivered by TCS or PostEx, usually in 2–4 working days. Remote areas can take longer.
  • You receive the tracking number on WhatsApp.

3. Lahore delivery

  • Within 20 km of our shop (Hall Road): our own rider delivers. You can check the parcel and pay cash at the door. Orders of Rs 10,000+ confirmed before 3 pm are usually delivered the same day.
  • Outside 20 km (e.g. Bahria Town, Bahria Orchard, Raiwind, Zaitoon New Lahore City, Kahna, Hudiara, Gajjumatta, Kala Shah Kaku, Muridke): delivered by courier in 1–3 working days. Price, warranty and Cash on Delivery stay the same.
  • At checkout you choose your Lahore area; we confirm on the call.

4. Delivery charges

5. Pay online and save

Pay by card, Raast or wallet through PayFast and get 4% off your products, plus free delivery from Rs 7,000.

6. Advance payment

  • Orders above Rs 50,000, and some selected kits and deal items, need a Rs 1,000 advance. The rest is paid cash on delivery.
  • The advance is adjusted in your order total.

7. Opening the parcel

  • Lahore rider orders: you can check the parcel before paying.
  • Courier orders: “open parcel” is available only if you ask for it in the order notes, and only with a courier that supports it.

8. Damaged or wrong item

If the parcel arrives damaged, or the item is wrong or missing, WhatsApp us within 24 hours with photos or a video of the parcel and product. Every parcel is video-recorded at packing. Returns and warranty follow our Return Policy.

9. Refused or failed delivery

Please make sure the address and phone number are correct and someone is available to receive the parcel. Customers who refuse parcels may be asked for an advance payment on future orders.
