The Dahua XVR5108HS-5M-I3/T is the two-way-talk version of Dahua’s best-selling 5MP AI XVR. It records up to 8 analog cameras at full 5MP — HDCVI, AHD, TVI or CVBS in any mix — and can take up to 12 IP cameras (6MP), so you can upgrade an old analog system to AI surveillance without replacing a single cable.

Talk Through Your Cameras

With Dahua two-way-talk (-T) cameras, audio travels over the same coaxial cable as video. Warn off an intruder, talk to a visitor at the gate, or listen in on the shop floor — directly from the DVR or the DMSS mobile app, with no separate audio wiring.

WizSense AI That Cuts False Alarms

SMD Plus watches all 8 channels and only alerts on humans and vehicles — rain, tree shadows and stray animals are filtered out. Perimeter Protection draws virtual tripwires and intrusion zones on all 8 channels, while 2-channel Face Recognition matches faces against up to 10 databases (10,000 images). AcuPick smart search finds a person or car across recordings in seconds instead of hours of scrubbing.

Record More, Store Longer

Smart H.265+ with AI Coding roughly halves storage use compared to H.264, and the single SATA bay accepts hard drives up to 16TB — weeks of 5MP footage on one disk.
